General terms and conditions


A. Applicability
All deliveries shall be based exclusively upon the following standard business conditions, as amended on the time the order is placed. Alternative arrangements shall apply only if previously confirmed in writing by me. For the purpose of online ordering, these conditions may be printed and/or saved to your computer .


B. Contracting parties

C. Proposition and conclusion of contract
The description of the range of products on the site does not constitute an effectual offer in the legal sense but an invitation for ordering (invitatio ad offerendum). All offers are valid as long as stock lasts, unless otherwise noted. Errors and omissions excepted.

All offers are subject to confirmation, unless otherwise expressly agreed. They are no assurance or delivery guarantee. The pictures from the products may differ from their actual appearance in color, size etc. Thus the illustrations on the shop are without obligation.

The price indications are given to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to charge the correct prices if any offer should obviously be erroneous, e.g. a mistake in writing or arithmetic error. If you do not agree with the correction we grant you the right of withdrawal from the contract.

By clicking the button „Enter Order“ during the last step of the order transaction you bindingly place the order of the products contained in your shopping cart. The sales contract shall be closed when we send you the acceptance of order by e-mail, directly after the receipt of your order.

I reserve the right not to accept your order, for example if the ordered product is not available, if you did not fulfill your duty of payment in a previous order, or if the transaction cannot be accomplished for some other reason. In this case you will immediately be informed about the disacceptance. If the product is out of stock the price will be refunded, if already paid.

I reserve the right not to perform a promised service in the case of unavailability, already made payments will then immediately be refunded.


D. Prices and forwarding expenses
The prices named on the product pages contain the compulsory VAT and other price components.

You are clearly informed about the forwarding expenses on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order transaction pages.

If the form of payment should be cash on delivery (in Germany), an extra charge will become due which will be cashed locally by the deliverer. Other taxes or costs shall not incur when delivery is inside the EU. When delivery is to be made to non-EU-countries, the respective regional authorities may charge customs duty, taxes or tolls where applicable.


E. Delivery and delivery period
Delivery of the goods will be made to the stated shipping address, unless otherwise agreed with you.

As a general rule, the products are available from stock, delivery time is about 1 to 3 workdays. I try to dispatch the ordered goods within one day from receipt of payment, respectively without delay when invoiced.

If, due to the fact that we are not supplied on time by our supplier, the ordered product cannot be delivered early enough, you shall be informed immediately. In this case you are free to either wait for the ordered goods or to cancel your order. In case of cancellation, already made considerations will be refunded immediately.
Our transport service partners are UPS and DHL/Post.


F. Payment
Payment may be effected selectively via invoice, advance payment by bank transfer or C.O.D., paypal (credit card).

If you select advance payment, we will state our bank data in the confirmation of order and dispatch the goods after receipt of payment.
If you select payment via paypal, you will be forwarded automatically to the handling of payments. We will dispatch the goods after receipt of payment.

G. Conditional sale
I reserve the right to keep title to the property of the delivered goods („Vorbehaltsware - Violin24 retains ownership on the goods subject to retention of title“) until the full payment of the purchase price is performed.


I. Warranty and liability
The contracting party has to communicate apparent defects immediately after receipt of consignment. I am bound to choose between the rectification of defects or the replacement of the item, in the case of deficiencies of the contract goods or in case of the nonexistence of guaranteed qualities. The contracting party has the right to demand the abatement of the purchase price („Minderung“) or the cancellation of the contract („Wandlung“) after the second failure or in case of impossibility of rectification of defects or replacement
in reasonable time.

As soon as you have found the desired product, you can put it into your shopping cart without obligation by clicking the button „Add to shopping cart“. You can non-bindingly see the content of the shopping cart at any time by clicking the button „View Cart“. You can remove the items from your shopping cart by clicking the button „Delete“ at any time. If you want to buy the products in your shopping cart, just click the button „Proceed to checkout“. Please fill then in your data. The mandatory fields are marked with an * (asterisk). Registration is required. Your data will be encrypted during transmission. Having filled in your data, please re-check your entry. By clicking the button „Continue“ you conclude the order transaction. You can cancel the transaction by closing the browser window at any time. You will be given more information on the respective pages e.g. on the possibility of making corrections.


Wording of the contract
The wording will be saved to our internal systems. You can see the general terms and conditions on this page at any time. You will be sent the order data by e-mail. After the completion of the order transaction, the wording will not be accessible via the internet anymore for safety reasons.


Data confidentiality and data protection
We will exclusively require, save and use your data for the purpose of order processing, if not explicitly consented otherwise. We will forward your data solely to the authorised delivery service as well as to the financial institution which is assigned the handling of payments. In these cases, the extent of the transmitted data shall be limited to the necessary minimum. In the case that we perform advance concessions, we will, if necessary, solicit a credit assessment in order to protect our legitimate interests. Your interests worth being protected will be kept in mind according to the law's provisions.
