Cancellation Policy for the consumer
I Right to Cancellation
1. As a consumer in terms of §13 German Civil Code you can cancel your contractual declaration within two weeks without indicating reasons in the written form (e. g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the merchandise.
2. This time limit begins earliest one day after receiving the merchandise and with the receipt of an additional cancellation policy in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email).
3. The punctual dispatch of the cancellation or the merchandise suffices for ensuring the cancellation limit.

4. Excluded from return shipment are the following regulated exceptional cases:
•If the merchandise was manufactured according to customer specification
•if the merchandise was manufactured explicitly to the specific requirements of the consumer
•for merchandise which cannot be returned due to its character
•for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software that has been unsealed by the consumer
II Cancellation Consequences
1. In the case of an effective cancellation mutual services (e.g. interest) are to be released. Should you not be able to release the service rendered either completely or partially or only in a declined condition you will have to render value replacement in this respect if applicable. This does not apply if the decline of the merchandise can be solely attributed to its examination as – as if it would have been possible in a store. Furthermore you can avoid the obligation of value replacement by not using the merchandise as an owner would and by refraining from anything that affects its value.
2. Package-transportable merchandise is to be returned whereby the purchaser bears the risk of dispatching. If the delivered merchandise corresponds to the merchandise ordered the purchaser must bear the costs for return shipment. This also applies when the order value of the returning merchandise is below 40, - Euro or in the case of a higher price when the customer not yet has processed the complete or the partial payment at the time of the cancellation. The costs for sending the merchandise to the customer is borne by the vendor. Otherwise return shipment is free of charge for you. Merchandise which is not package-transportable will be picked up.
